(1) Every hotel, tourist resort and lodge shall submit a periodic report to the Department in every six month in the  format mentioned in Schedule- 4 pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 47 of
Act.
(2) The report pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall be submitted within the Seven days of the expiry of the said period.
